In previous month September, we were having a Koperasi Shop AGM at auditorium on 23rd of September 2010. Actually we had this shop AGM since year 2008 to report out the year statement of the shop included sales and management. Besides that, we also elected some new ALKs (Ahli Lembaga Koperasi) for the new fiscal year.

That day there were 2 classes of afternoon session students came and witness this ceremony. Our previous teacher advisor Mr Ang Soo Beng was coming back too! Mr Choo was giving them some briefing for this Annual General Meeting!

Everyone was there concentrate and respected to the meeting! Good job...

Hello guys,

AGM over, Fiscal year 2009-2010 is also end here. Now let us start the new fiscal year 2010-2011 with the leading of new elected President Co-op Cheow Kah Lok! We are also thanks to Co-op Tan Lee Xiang for bringing us a lot of experiences and his good leading on this club is much appreciated! =) Congratulations to those who being elected as the Board Of Directors 2010-2011.

Our outgoing Teacher Advisor Mr Ang was giving his speech on the last AGM.

Besides the new Board Of Directors, we also officially announced that Mr Choo Lye Hock will take over Mr Ang Soo Beng as the new teacher advisor for Co-operative Club of Chung Ling High School. For your information Mr Ang is going to retire on this month! So as the new month started, Mr Choo is starting to handle the club! Finally we hope that the spirits between teacher and B.O.D can be perform well!

How are you right there? Still satisfied with our activities? We would like to apologize for the less activities during the passed mid term holidays and this few weeks. Anyway, after our planning... now we are coming out a Summer Camp for you guys before the fiscal year 2009-2010 end.

Let's see the details of this Summer Camp. Alright, this summer camp is named with L.E.A.D which means Leadership, Experience, Achievement and Decision. Our main purpose of holding this camp is to develop the leadership skills among the members before they become our Board Of Directors. 2.0 Membership Card Designing Competition

After the sports day sales, we have launched another program in school recently! In passed few posts, we announced that the 1st batch membership card already finished. So we are having the 2.0 Membership Card Designing Competition, what?! Designing Competition?! YES you are right! Design competition. LOL!

Anyway, we had launched it since 1st of May but seems there are some technical problems and we delayed it until now promotes. This competition is last for 1 month, that's from 1st of May until 21st of June 2010. You can use up your holidays free time to create the new design of 2nd membership card! Show off your creativity to others and everyone uses your design after that!

Thank you for supporting! *Sports Day 2010 Sales

Thank you very much to everyone who had support us on this morning. We feel very surprise to sell out every badges. This year is our first time, I admit the design might be too complicated or too colourful but I hope that this can be the souvenir for those who really collect badges.

We sold for each RM 1.50, will it be too expensive? 5 for RM 6 Buy 4 free 1 is it suitable for you? Seriously we need some comments. You can talk to us the positive as well as the negative comments. We can accept and we ensure that customers' priority come first!

Really thank you very much to those who duty on the booth or walk around. I am taking opportunities here to thank president Lee Xiang, Walter Teng, Kah Lok, Wei Cheng, Kok Meng, Jiun Ming, You Yang, Jia Shyan, Kah Hin, Ming Wei, Weng Fong< all co-op members and also those volunteers such as Jimmy Lim, Max Ng, Zu Yi! =)

Besides that, we also divide out a booth for Leo Club to sell their 117 Fallen Stars Badges. This badges are left not much and if you still interested to get it, contact me as well and it's limited. Anyway, each is RM 4 whereas 2 for RM 7. All the amount of money will go into charity purpose! Remember our Fallen Stars and their effort to us! 117 ROAR!

Next to our booth is Young Enterprise. Seriously they sell everything in souvenir and everything is hand-made. They are selling T shirts too RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! It's a nice design and I prefer the black, one cost RM 15 is it okay? They are selling Key Chains too. Most of the people was attracted on key chains and each one is RM 3, let see the photos:

They are having their annual YE Sales in Queensbay Mall this July. So I think we will go and support them but truly said their products more expensive, because they are hand-made. DIY! Their creativity really good and they can think for the T Shirt.

Anyway, again remind everyone. Tomorrow we will have our activity at Koperasi. Please come if you can! Bonus marks are included.

Sports Day 2010 Sales *Badges

Hi all,

This year we seems to work different due to the request from school! In the passed few years, while sports day we will sell ice cream and even last year we sell pizzas too! Our purpose of selling food is to cheer up those students and let them have chance to relax with outside food. But this year school department no longer allow us to do that, we try to apply for food selling but at the end failed.

We didn't give up and now we are selling special made badges in sports day. Hence, there are Young Enterprise and us selling souvenirs this year. The same place, same people, same attractions, but the special items are just for you!

Clean up Koperasi Shop 08th May 2010

Hi Co-op members here,

This Saturday we will have a "clean up Koperasi Shop" activity at school Koperasi. I assumed that everyone should know where's koperasi right? (next to bookshop) We found that Koperasi was no longer clean and plan to keep it clean again. Anyway, that day we will mostly working on rearrange the koperasi stuffs and clean up the counters in koperasi shop.

We recommend about 20 members come into the shop and clean up the shop. We hope to see that the shop "turn into a new leaf" after that, XD! Now let's see the details for THIS SATURDAY.

Leo Idol 2010

I am sure that you are listen to those Leos or your friends talk about Leo Idol right? So this is a Leo project by our school Leo Club Secretary Leo Shaun Ong. Although you are not leo, but you still can go and watch it. It's just like a concert something similar like Malaysian Idol or American Idol.

So I hope that most of the members can represent our club to go and watch this performance. There are singing competition, dancing competition, beatbox, magic show and many many more talents show!

You just have to pay RM5 and you can enjoy your whole day and night there! =)

Hello members,

After the series of problem, we had successfully produce out a new duty list for shop duty. First of all, I have to congratulate to those who has been selected as the duty member on the month of April. Besides that, I also need to apologize to those who didn't involve in the duty list. If you're not involve in the list wasn't means that you are not good. We are having too many duty member requests, so we pick it randomly in month and you guys can take turns to have duty.

Don't worry, this list will last for the month of April only. We will try to change it every month as everyone have the chance to be duty member. I myself could see that many form 1 and form 2 members are willing to be duty members so we are observing those members performance and develop them out.

Cross Country Run Sales 26th March 2010

Last Friday our school was held the annual cross country run at Youth Park. Our society Co-operative Club also hold the sales on that day and we successfully sold out all the drinks within 1 hour. This year our cross country run was finished early due to the short distance of 5km run. I would like to thank those who duty on that day such as Kok Meng, Walter Teng, Jiun Ming, Kah Lok, Jia Ying, Wei Cheng, Kah Hin, Bryan and Yik Fong.

We were glad to see that our drinks were selling fast on that day. Although there were not cold due to the problem of searching ice, students still crazy buying for the thirsty. We were busy on that day and we tried to provide the better service to customers. We sell 1 can 100plus for RM 2.00 whereas RM 3.00 for 2 cans.

It's a good sign to be sold out fast and we could clear the stuffs early in time. I hope that those customers can understand on us why we are selling on the fixed price, because we were facing the problem of changing money. Sorry ya guys! and also thank you for your support!

Duty Member Training Course

Hello members,

The exam over, holidays over and now it's the time to have some training on yourself. So we are going to have a duty member training course in this coming Saturday (27/03/2010). So to those who really interested in shop duty, you are recommend to come for this course. By this course, we will carry out a small and easy interview, so make sure you prepare for it.

I understand that most of the Form 1 members were start their duty since last month. I very glad to see that they were remain active on duty and proud of Co-op shop got new staffs. Anyway, we hope to have more advance service to customers so you should be interviewed!

So if you're free, please come forward to this course and I ensure that you will get the benefits!

Pre Introduction 27th February 2010

First of all, a very thank you for those who able to attend the General Meeting and the Pre Introduction prepared by us. Anyway, we were glad and proud to see that our 1st activity have a good attendance. Is you all give us the power to be better! All the Co-op members Rocks! We hope that we can do better and gain your supports, is it okay? Thanks.

On 27th of February, Co-operative Club of Chung Ling High School has organized a General Meeting and Pre Introduction for new members. The purpose of having this activity is to let the members know well about Co-operative Club and also recommend those committees for every members to know!

All the members were performed well on that day and they pay the full attention on the General Meeting. They look through all the agenda of meeting and listen to President announced the new Board Of Directors.

When president requested 2/3 of attenders to put up hand and you can see most of the members were gladly put up their hands and show supports to us! Thanks.

Later on, our Vice President Walter Teng was being a leader to show the members on what's Petanque and how to play on it. We have to apologize on that day we mistaken put the time on 11.30am and caused many of the members who need to leave earlier. We also glad that some members were stay late to have the training with us.

I can see that most those members were putting themselves into the games and start to addict on it. As we try our best to teach them the skills and show them on how to count the marks. So we hope that we have the regular training on every activity. Then we can send a team for competition in future! =)

Exam Week 05th - 10th March 2010

Hello members,

How are you recently? Have you prepared for the 1st term test? Are you ready to meet the stress again? XD. Actually exam is not a big problem, as you got pay attention in class then you should be okay. Do some revision on the day before the test and you should able to handle it. Alright, pratice makes perfect, for mathematics you are encourage to practice more and do more exercises.

I was glad to see those form 1 duty members who were so hardworking came to our shop duty although the exam is near. I would like to thank them for helping and may the god bless them get the good result in this coming test! So as a brief notice that our shop will closed from next week onwards (08th - 12th March 2010) which means mostly the shop will reopen after school holidays.

Hence, I would like to apologize to those membership card members. Your cards all now are in the process, I have to double check with you all about your name and school no. make sure it's correct! I will try my best to give you after the 1st term holidays.

Cocuriculum Exhibition 2010

Today, saturday morning was my school's annual school cocuriculum exhib, ition. All the clubs were trying their best to perform and promote themselve to the form1 students and their parents as well. As usual, our club the School Student Co-operative Association was selling ice cream just infront our shop and we had printed 16pages brochour to attract them.

Specialy thanks to Kah Lok, Yik fong , Wei jie, Walter, Jiun ming, Yee Chuen, Kok meng, Wei Cheng, Chin Tatt, Chee Khoon, Chun Num, Calvin Ong, Ching Yoong, Ming Wei, Jia Shyan, Matthew Ong, You Yang, Jia Ying, Zi Qing.Particularly, kak loh,the chairman of this operation, yik fong who help us to work on the excellent brochour and photos.It is very good to see f4 grew up more martured,dealing with the parents confidently.Thank you guys for helping me to go through the task.

On top of their helps, our promotion this year is quite succesfull, parents were coming to ask for detail, and we managed to persuade and convince them that we are a good club to join.

Annual Dinner 2009

Here to inform all the co-op members,

We are going to have our annual dinner at Golden BBQ Steamboat which is located at the Nagora Road. We hope that everyone can turn up on that night! This will be the farewell for Upper 6 and Form 5 members, hopefully you all can enjoy on that night. The annual dinner is always personal and just open for members! XD.

Penang Bridge Marathon 2009

Hey guys here come on join the Penang Bridge Marathon 2009 now. Now you can either register online or register under school. Penang Bridge Marathon is an annual event which organized by the State Government. From the last year record, many runners supported this event. Besides that, you will get a lucky number per registration.

P/s: The Penang Bridge, at 13.5km, is one of the world's longest bridge. Since Sept 1985, more than 130,000 vehicles ply across the Penang Bridge daily and this monumental bridge is only closed to traffic once a year for only ONE occasion.......The Penang Bridge International Marathon! This is the first time and never before, we the Co-operative Society of CLHS have organized a special camp (or better known as 'course') to observe and train the high talented members of ours to become the upcoming leaders of our club, namely The 1st Co-op Leadership Training Camp/Course on the 7th, 8th and 9th of June 2009. Venue at CLHS.

Organizing Programmer's Report
On the first day, participants began to check themselves into the camp by 12pm. After all of them settled down, the programme of the day started off with a simple opening ceremony on the briefing room. We had speech by the organizing chairperson, Co-op Tay Zez Chien who introduced his right-hand men as well as the activities throughout the camp/course to the participants. The participants were then divided into 3 teams, representing 3 competing "societies" for the honour of "The Best Team". They have been given time for discussions to select their own chairman, secretary and treasurer for their team (To complete their tasks according to the position they're holding) yet, to come out with a name and a slogan for their team. The leaders were Tan Lee Xiang from Team Man-in-black, Walter Teng from Team Tycoons and Loke Wei Cheng from Team LMCB. Lastly, we had a Leadership Training Course together with a simple workshop for the participants before the first day of the camp/course came to an end.

It was a wonderful Monday morning where the spirit of co-operation was awaken by the influxes of the participants. All of us were excited, especially the organizing committees can't wait to play the DIY-program competition organized by the participants. This should be the first ever activity, to be organized by the participants and participated by the organizing committees as well as the other participants from the other teams by exchanging the roles during that activity. We had "On-chair basketball", "Singing and Dancing Competition" and also "Football Competition". Did you feel fun? After lunch, let's feel the burn! It's the Ball Marathon Competition where everyone gets to play all sort of balls (All, consider only those facilities available in our school). Late in the afternoon, the reasons why everyone was here, where the interviewer tried to seek for the upcoming leaders.

Finally, the last day of the camp/course arrived. Since the participants like to chit-chat alot, the organizing committees decided to set a debate section specially for them to show of their talent to voice out their 'facts'. After lunch, all the participants were amazed to fix themselves participating in the unique Noon Game, where the entire game is a combination of the Treasure Hunt and the OCs Hunt.

Last but not least, the closing and prize giving ceremony. Once again, we had speech by the organizing chairperson, Co-op Tay Zez Chien and also the club president, Co-op Ooi Hua Ken.

Treasure Hunt that organized by Co-op falls on 2^nd of May, Saturday. It start from 8am-12.30pm. This activity is open for any people who is interested . Co-op member is compulsory to take part in this activity because it takes double attendance. The fee for non- member is RM6 , whereas co-op member only need to pay RM4 to take part in this activity. On that day , there were 31 participant. We divided them into 7 teams . We give them half hour time to know each other so that they can cooperate during the games. After that, we start our games at 8.45am. But they found the treasure only in 15 minutes , because it was just warming up , we are just testing on how they cooperate. We start the ‘real’ game at 9.15am. After that , we ate lunch at 12pm sharp. After lunch , we announce that who is the best team , best member and best leader,. The best team get RM20 co-op voucher as rewards , the best member get RM10 co-op voucher and the best leader get RM5 cash. This activity end at 12.30pm

Orientation Day 2009

10 January 2009, the orientation and registration day for co-curriculum activities including clubs, uniform units and sports of Chung Ling High School. Every clubs in our school have set up stalls to promote their club to the new Form 1 students as well as their parents besides registration counter that allow students to make their registration to join that particular club. First of all, we have earned quite great attention from most of the participants today via our ice cream stall that were full with customers all the time even we haven't started our business. We opened our shop allowing students and parents to buy stationaries in our shop while we also offered information about our club at our registration counter. As for all, the orientation and registration day today was able to say to be a success one. Everything's going well.

Lastly, a short memo here to those who haven't renew their membership or make their registration to join our club, just bring along the registration fee, RM3 for old member and RM4 for new registration and find us, Co-op Ooi Hua Ken, Co-opPresident at 5SA5 or Co-op Tay Zez Chien, Co-op Secretary at 5SA2 or even in our Co-op shop during Form 5 recess time, 10.45am till 11.10am BY NEXT WEEK. 5th Co-op Training Camp

Haunter campsite--CLHS...
Do you feel scary of it?? Well, it's totally no fear for our members!
Roll off for our 3 days 2 nights camp from 5 December until 7 December 2008.
As for this time, the participants checked in around 7.30pm to the camp.
Excited? Of course everyone did~

The camp, basically is full of adventurous games, trainings and service at the Little Sister & The Poor old folks' home. There's also a special program where every participants get to talk and voice out their oppinion of our club.

Look, it's Co-op Lok Wei Cheng speaking! Hey Organizing Committees, cheer up!! xDLastly, the camp successfully ended on afternoon 7 December 2008.
Everything is fine and nice. Thanks to our Organizing Chairman, Co-op Tan Lee Xiang for this camp! Indeed, we're looking forward to the next camp coming soon!

Co-op Annual Dinner 2008

Today, 4th of December 2008 and we as the Co-op members and committee members are having our dinner together once a year specially for the previous committees of our club for their hardwork throughout their effort on managing our club 2007/2008. This year, we have our dinner at the Golden E-Bay restaurant.
Our dinner begins around 7.30pm after all of the participants reach here. First of all, we invite our teacher advisor, Mr Ang to take his food following by everyone of us.
As the dinner goes on, our Master of Ceremony for this event, Co-op Yong Yik Fong has invited our teacher advisor, Mr Ang to officially open the annual dinner tonight.Co-op Yong Yik Fong, Master of Ceremony with his attractive formal costume invited Mr. Ang to give his speech on the stage. Mr. Ang is glad to see all the participants that they are willing to spend their time to have dinner together tonight and he hopes that everyone will enjoy his dinner tonight.Followed by speeches by our previous committees and our current committee members.

Our Organizing Chairman, Co-op Teh Wei Huai gave an excellent speech followed by loud claps from all the participants. After that we had speech by our Co-op President, Co-op Ooi Hua Ken.Next, we had speech by our Co-op Secretary, Co-op Tay Zez Chien followed by our past President, Co-op Lee Ewe Chuan and Secretary Co-op Gan Yi Jing.After that, it's speech by our humorous Co-op Auditor, Co-op Koay Beng Tian that made everyone of us laugh. It's time for the souvenirs-giving ceremony.We had our Organizing Chairman, Co-op Teh Wei Huai as the representative of every members of the Co-operative Society to give a souvenir as an appreciation for the sacrifices of our teacher advisor, Mr. Ang to our club throughout the whole year.Secondly, our current Co-op President Ooi Hua Ken gave the souvenir to our outgoing President, Co-op Lee Ewe Chuan for his effort done in year 2007/2008.Next, our Co-op Secretary, Co-op Tay Zez Chien gave away the souvenir to our outgoing Secretary, Co-op Gan Yi Jing .After that we had the lucky draw contest that everyone is looking forward to. We have 3 2G pen drives sponsored by Mr. Ang. Congratulation to the lucky stars today!We had a special way for lucky draw tonight that we drew 2 numbers each time. Then both of the number holder will have to play the "scissor-rock-paper". For the lucky star that win, he will get the pen drive; As contrast, for the one who lost, he will have to eat a spoon full of chillies! Exciting isn't it? Wash your mouth and open it up big!Besides, we also took this opportunity to celebrate the upcoming birthday of our Co-op Secretary, Co-op Tay Zez Chien together there. Happy birthday, Sec!

Finally, our dinner ended around 9.00pm. The food was excellent and everyone went home with a full stomach. Happy ending~ xD

AGM SMJK Chung Ling Koperasi Bhd. 190908

Today, 19 September 2008, we had our board AGM at the auditorium from time 2.30pm till 3.30pm. Due to some problems, our board president, the school principal as well as the officer from the JPK were absent. The meeting is mainly in-charge by the board secretary, Mr. Ang Soo Beng and also the board treasurer, Ms. Ong Bee Leng.

First of all, Mr. Ang would like to thank all of the presents for spending their time attending the AGM. He briefly explain about the organization of co-op and also the diffrences between the organization of the board and the club. The board members, mostly the teachers in-charge will operate the co-op shop with the help of the ALKs while the club is managed by the committee members of he club. Basically, the sales and the shares is managed under the board while the other activities such as the petanque boule playing are done by the club. Thus, for those interested may join as a share holders though not becoming a member of the club. After that, Ms. Ong Bee Leng explain the account of year 2007 till 2008.

During the AGM, a list of new ALK list is declared and the ALK members 08/09 are as below:

Mr. Ang promise that we'll try our best to maintain the price of our goods although the price outside inflate quite a lot. Based on the principle of the Co-operative shops, our presents is to fight against the inflation and protect the welfare of the students. Mr. Ang also said that the money a student spent on buying a product from the co-op, in the return he will also get back the money via the shares. In the nut shell, the more the sales in co-op, the higher the chances for getting higher percentage of the share dividends.

Besides that, Mr. Ang also suggest that one day, our co-op may expand to a larger co-op and become something like a supermarket if the conditions are allowed to do so. Furthermore, he also hopes that among the ALK or may be some help from the outsiders will help the teachers to employ the co-op and to run the co-op for a longer operation time beside just opening for recess time every morning.

Finally, Mr. Ang announced the percentage of dividend of share holders of the year is as high as 50% ! He also hope that this percentage of dividend may maintain or improve with the co-operation of the students.

Today, we had the petanque training again this morning.

190708 Interview For Duty Members of 2ND Semester 2008

Hey, members!

Did you attend?

It was a lesson day for our will-being duty members today.
All of the members were gather at L6B2 and L6B3 on 10.30am before everything started off.

First of all, Co-op Ng Chin Tatt taught all the members about our Co-op.
He briefly explained about what's a Co-op, types of Co-op, logo of our Co-operative Society, Committees of our club for year 2007/2008, our organization chart in our club and etc. etc.

There were lots of information by Co-op Ng Chin Tatt who was assisted by Co-op Tay Zez Chien, that passed to all the members.
OMG.. So many things to memorise! ARG!

All members focused on his explanation so that they can passed the up-coming test with flying colours.
He also allowed all the members to ask their questions about the lesson so that all of them would understand what he had taught.

Times flew by. It was an hour lesson of theory teaching. All of the members were given 5 minutes to have a small break before they continued to the next programme.

Next, it was a small test for our members. All of them were given half an hour to complete their task.
Co-op Ooi Hua Ken and Co-op Koay Beng Tian were supervising the examination while the test were progressing.
It was good that all the members are honest where none of them were being caught for cheating during the test.
Finally, here comes our 'main course' of the day.

INTERVIEW..

All the members were interviewed according to the pose they are interested.
They have to show their confident and talent during the interview to get the pose they want.

At last, we managed to finish all interview before 1.30pm successfully.
Thanks for your participation in the interview as well as the contribution of our form 4 members, Co-op Ng Chin Tatt, Co-op Tay Zez Chien, Co-op Ooi Hua Ken and Co-op Koay Beng Tian.

Handball Match 280608

A handball match had been organized by us together with the Handball Club of our school on 28 June 2008 from time 8.00am to 12.30pm.

It was a sucess for us to have about 150 participants in this match.
10 teams from afternoon section and another 6 teams from morning section.
"Thanks for everyone's suport which lead to our sucess!" said by our Organizing Chairman Co-op Yong Yik Fong.

First of all, all of the participants have been gathered at the handball court before the match started.
Their team were picked randomly and put into different group, facing one after another strong team before they managed to get into the final.

2nd Annual Gathering.

The 2nd Annual Function of our club.

Well, the organizing committees have started to overnight at school for this gathering ever since the day before this event.
We draw banners, try our games, train our dance and others that night.
Whole night...

The next day, the gathering started at 9am for registry of participants.
The number of participants are clearly shown that have increase compared to the previous gathering.

We are sorry that our participants have to wait for quite a long time for us to fix that problem.

Not long after that, our gathering finally managed to start.
Firstly, we have our dearest M/C Co-op Teh Wei Huai to warm up our gathering with his humour speech.
After that, we invited our organizing chairman, Co-op Ooi Hua Ken and our teacher advisor, Mr Ang Soo Beng for their speech.

We have performance from a group of our participants.
Their shuffer skills made all of us get high~

It's time for our "balloon-bursting game"!!
Co-op Ng Chin Tatt explain the rules and regulations for the participants before the game starts.

Then, we have lunch in the canteen.
Thanks to Co-op Tan Lee Xiang, our Food & Beverage In Charge and The Sonit Enterprise for sponsoring us.
It was so delicious that there are not even a single piece of rice left.

Next, it's time for our station game.
Our participants are divided into group and there are 6 stations running at the same time.

Ice Cream Selling on Sport's Day

Today, 2nd day of May, or the day after our Labour's Day is the Sport's Day of our school!!

Well, as usual, our club are going to sell ice creams and yogurt drinks on this special event.

Our stall become the attraction for most of the students, rather than sitting there watching the sport events.

By time to time, our stall is fully surrounded by customers.

Tickets selling and claiming are also available on this day. Our in-charges are on duty too today.

It is a hot day, damn hot. Everyone is thirsty and finding something to drink.

Our yogurt drinks are selling fast beside our ice creams.

Not long before the Sport's Day end, we sold ALL our ice creams as well as our yogurt drinks.

It's quite unbelievable to sell EVERYTHING in four refregerator full with ice creams and yogurt drinks.

Thus, in a nut shell, Chung Ling boys love ice cream.
So as well as us.

4th Co-op Training Camp 2008 was held on 13 till 15 March 2008 at CLHS.

Same as the tradisional ways of the Co-op Training Camp, the 4th Co-op Training Camp 2008 began to check in 8.00pm in the night of the first day.
Organizing Chairman, Co-op Teh Wei Huai is giving a simple briefing to the participants during the Opening Ceremony.
